Hi
i thought id share this with you all free sim cards from O2 up to 4 per household
enjoy..
i hope im not violating any rules here
Thanks MrT
I wouldn't mind the free texts, but for me the whole point of having a PAYG phone is so the phone company doesn't know anything about me. Cynic that I am, this just looks to me like a way for them to get around that.

Ice, y would a mobile company be interested in u? forgive me here but ???? i work for one & dont give a fcuk about who does what! & why would we? as long as u use it it pays our wages
I disagree we dont care! as long as u use ur fone :S u have a pm
I'd agree with Ice Pie
I also work for a Mobile Phone Company, and even I get all the monthly bumph through with my bills. Not one bit of it has any relevance to me. Competitions that I cannot enter because I'm an employee of that company, Things to allow me to switch to a better tarriff ( even though no public tarriff will ever beat the staff one) etc etc etc. Trust me, I begin to worry when my compsny is not averse to making a fast buck at my expense and selling my information on to other companies.
The main reason why O2 are giving away "free" sims is that the mobile phone has reached market saturation, and this is about the only way now, that thye can manage to squeeze a few more shekels from an otherwise overloaded market. You don't think they'd be giving them away out of the goodness of their hearts now do you? Nothing in life is free.
My own company has gone from being wildly keen to sign up all and sundry to now wanting to look after what they class as high value customers. We had an email from the chief executive at the beginning of last year - exhorting us to get our friends and family to spend "one minute" more on each phone call, and to try out new data products - all so theiy could pull in more money. So with this in mind - I'd say to you - leave voicemail messages when calling company mobiles - it's a darn sight quicker, and cheaper to boot!

Register with Telephone Preference Services and Mail Preference Servicces to stop all unwanted mail and/or calls. Worked for me!
:P
marmalaid ty for the TPS links, I will use them myself, sick and tired of the spam I always have
Had my contract number for 3.5 years and had one sales call cos i forgot to tick a box on a form!
Always ensure that you tick said boxes on any forms you sign.
Why do you think that tescos are doing so well profit wise? They use the information everytime you use your clubcard and are able to build up a personal profile of you and your spending habits along with store stock levels and regional trends. They can see if local advertising works for certain products.
Hi Mr T.
I don't know if you're violating any posting rules here (being new myself) but thought you and other peeps may like to know that the link to the website quoted is not owned by the mobile company O2, but rather another company. How comfortable people feel about giving their details to a 3rd party is up to them, but just so peeps know, here's the company that's registered as owning the domain:

It sounds like a great offer (O2 did something similar about a year ago at least) so I looked for the link to the actual offer on the O2 website but couldn't find it. Can anyone oblige?
Hope this isn't scare mongering - just trying to see through some mist - sorry if I've caused any trouble.
If you keep applying, they keep sending the cards... laddo turned it into a nice little earner as if you go to the shops it costs about 10 quid for an O2 sim on its own... so he got 16 and flogged them at 5 quid a time! (except the one I nicked, lol)
Coverage is a bit crap in ilkeston, if you are in some places/buildings you loose the signal but hey, 300 free texts for 10 a month is not bad... and as I hardly use the phone to ring its saved me a fortune over a voda contract phone.
