I've heard that Studland on the south coast can be a bit raunchy.
However - no matter where you go you should be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that there is no way any children will be around. The primary concern should be to not cause offence or embarrassment to anyone else.

Alex is right about Studland . We've done the do there a few times , but be aware - although you can get a decent distance from those who you dont want to see you ( so children arent a problem) you will have to remember that the chances of doing ANYTHING without being watched is virtually nil . The Studland MeerKat Doggers will watch your every move from the moment you enter the sands . On the plus side its a truly beautiful beach , and if they get on your wick too much you can simply get dressed and retitre to the more crowded section of the beach for some sun . Have fun , openair sex is our favourite , and its improved only by an appreciative audience.

Do be aware if you are going to Studland though, that there are now Park Rangers patrolling the whole area, both beach and dunes.
Some of them are clothed so would probably stand out a mile, but others are dressed less obviously shall we say
There has been four people convicted for various offences under the laws of lewd behaviour in the last year and only last week there were reportedly two more arrests there for similar behaviour.
So, make sure the *meerkats* are actually gen doggers and not Park Rangers enjoying the show before they pounce to arrest you just as you get the the enjoyable bits :shock: :wink:

I totally agree with you Alex, make sure there are no children around....I am a parent and I would be absoultely horrified if they saw this going on. Expect a bucket of water over you if I catch ya!!! lol

Thanks for all the info, we had heard stuff about Studland (apparently is been featured on tv???)but wanted to hear real peoples' views, so we'll bear it in mind if/when we decide to take the plunge. Bit worried about the lewd behaviour arrests, perhaps week days in term time are the best days to go to avoid that.
Also know of a beach in Brighton 'the other side of west pier', which is a bit nearer to us, wondered if thats just a naturist beach and would we be arrested if we got a bit frisky???? ....which is very likely!!

It has indeed been on tv and in the local press a fair amount last autumn (a local couple and two doggers taken to court and fined in excess of £1000 between them, for acts under the laws of obscenity), as well as again recently with the more recent arrests.
Not quite sure why you think term time mid week will avoid you being arrested
The Rangers patroll seven days a week at random times, so just be careful and aware at all times of who is creeping up on you
