Just been talking with someone who had to plug his laptop into the mains and I mused about how I could do with something to charge my battery sometimes, instead of sleeping! biggrin

Any gadgets you could put to good use?

If I could have one (impossible) gadget I know exactly what it would be.
Have you ever been out to the pub, got really really drunk and absolutely feared the walk home?
Have you ever been to a swing meet, had a great time, but really hated the idea of having to drive home?
Have you ever chatted to someone you really wanted to meet, but decided they were just way too far away?
Have you ever - well I'm sure you get the point! biggrin

My gadget would be a teleporter (like on so many sci-fi shows.) Or, since at the moment that seems to be impossible, a good alternative would be an automatic car that could drive itself.
