Getting into Fever

Something thats puzzled me a bit.
I've heard very mixed reports about how difficult it is to get into Fever, although it's supposed to be really selective & picky most ppl I know and most ppl I've gone with haven't had much hassle getting accepted for parties, although the parties have generally given the impression of having been carefully picked (eg young (for a sex party), good ratio etc).
Do other ppl find this? Is it just an image thing - that if they look exclusive enough they don't need to actually be that picky as the group self-selcts; or are they as selective as they claim & I've just got lucky (granted not many clubs turn away 22yo girls, but still!)?

id have a search of the forum im pretty sure they have been talked about on about 100 threads. Two examples, fever anyone? and Ever Fever?
ive heard about parties charging 75,95 even upto 200 to attend.....in my opinion....id rather go the pub lol.
