Zak it's important your partner feels in total control of the situation. All we men need is a hardon and we're ready to go. I succeeded in getting my partner involved by reassuring her, placing zero pressure on her and acknowledging at every stage her control over the process and that there would be no problem if we didn't swing.
We have still yet to swing, but after meeting a very sensitive guy for drinks only we r looking forward to him visiting our place this weekend. While all 3 of us have high hopes, it is still 'officially' just for a social meet.
You got to be very patient, not pushy and mean it when you say there would be no problem if your partner decides against it. Otherwise there is very good chance u could end up a single guy on this site.

This is a danger area if handled wrong.
My wife does not swing at all now and I put no pressure on her at all.
She knows I go dogging and swinging and have affairs when away but we have an open marriage I love her and would not force her to do anything.
Result= happy, married and spending the night in together tonight.

OK, here's my testimony...
When I met Mr BlueEyes, he was a single male on the swinging scene but I didn't really know anything about it. However, a chance conversation one night opened my eyes and got me interested.
We've been swinging ever since and have had a lot of good times but that's because we are both happy about what we are doing.
If that conversation had never happened, I doubt I'd even be on this forum, no amount of persuasion will bring someone to be happy with something they are not at ease with.
