Hi everyone thanks for your welcome to this site alot of you have been fantastic but i have received some negative comments i think that when newcomers come to the site that they should be given a bit of a break untill they have got used to it. i`m not complaining as the vast majority of you have been amazing so thanks again.

The reverse is true as well.... if you are new, a good point, comment, whatever, is treated as a good post even though you are a newbie...

Firstly Liam, do not make the title of your thread "Everybody read this". The title should give an indication of what the thread is about so people can choose whether to read it or not.
Secondly, are you suggesting that we should all pussyfoot around someone just because they are a Newbie? Most people read the forums before making their first post and know what they are letting themselves in for. Surely it is more important that people are open and honest.
In fact, I am fed up of people joining here and then complaining about the place. It is the diversity of people in here that makes the forum what it is. If anyone doesn't like it they are under no obligation to stay.
I for one will continue to treat Newbies the same as I treat everyone else.
