It's my girlfriends birthday tomorow, she is going to be 25. I have purchased a cd and book for her along with flowers and a bottle of champagne for her aswell as a night of hardcore lovin !! I couldnt think of a main gift for her so i have decided to give her some money as she is always goin on about needing new clothes n stuff. does think sound right about givin the money instead of a gift ? cos i didnt really wanna buy some thing shabby that she will never use. advice please.
It's not sad.
If anything it's probably the most sensible thing you can do. Unless you're a fashion designer or work in the fashion industry, in which case you can buy clothes for your girlfriend anyway.
I think voudchers are nicer than money, at least it shows you made the effort to go out and buy her something. Of course you will know her favourite clothes shop , wont you?
Well shes bloody arkward. We both like different things when it comes to clothes and shoes and stuff. wen ever i point some thing out i like shes gives me a funny look ! so i dont know about the voucher idea becuase she shops in all different places and tends to go for the cheapy shops !

they start from about
Pounds THE SEX SHOPS A VERY COOL KNOW DAYS SOMETHING FOR THE WEEKEND sir ?
too shy to buy a vibrator? you can get them online the link was here somewhere, bit late for tomorrow though.
Depend on what she is like but money strikes me as a cold gift. If you have the day take her shopping, its taking time out to spoil her, and a meal in the evening.
If she has actually told you she wants a vibrator then I would recommend you take the hint - women can be direct when they truly want something. Nothing to be shy about at all... rest of the pressies are sweet so add some spice... smile
Take her out shopping and say you will buy her something nice.....then at least you can do this together and its less impersonal than giving her money!....just make sure you avoid anywhere too expensive - but saying that.....it doesn't mean you can take her to the "pound shop" either!
confused

I agree!
Alternatively, I think most ladies would appreciate vouchers for something like a beauty salon or posh hairdressers? Just get a voucher for the amount you want to spend and let her choose the treatment she wants.
I'd like that anyway.
A voucher for a beauty salon - now that is nice!

I've told Mrs HC, that we are not taking on a second mortgage!
wink lol
i have to agree with some of the girls....
money is an escape clause... take her out, spend some time with her. take her shopping (not the local town center) London, Birmingham, Cardiff etc. A nice lunch and then she will be wanting to give YOU the loving when you get home.
alternatively, relaxation centers are always good - or just buy the oils yourself and have fun ;)
how can you be scared to go into anne summers when you are posting on swingingheaven? its only a shop!! its not seedy at all ......
good luck smile
well what did you give her confused: :?: moneys always good BUT how much do you give :?:
oh for heavens sake, show some imagination. Take her somewhere nice for the day or weekend.
Take her to a race meeting, Casino, etc.... let her feel glamorous and get dressed up.

I think the meaning was Kit intended for use when Fucking (now that is bound to excite one Forum regular rolleyes wink )
As I understand it, you have bought her a book, CD, flowers, taking her out for a meal......... & you are giving her money! You are one generous boyfriend. I don't think she will be complaining at all. biggrin
