First of all I'd like to say welcome to the site and hope you fulfill your fantisies. I've been here a few years but have only used the site on and of so I guess I'm still a newbee. Changing your pictures can be easy (no degree in IT required)
If you don’t have Photoshop or some other photo editing software on your computer, you can use Paint to convert from BMP to JPG. Here’s how to do it:
1. First open Microsoft Paint by going to Start, All Programs, Accessories and then Paint.
2. Now open the BMP file in Paint. All you have to do to save the file in JPG format is to simple do a Save As. Change the File Type drop down menu to JPG and click Save.
That's for a Windows PC(I feel awful giving advice for those things) anyway, if your one of the blessed and have an Apple Mac then do this:
1. Open Preview opening double click the photo, a software package called 'Preview' will open, go File, Save AS... then you'll see a drop down menu for the file formats, choose jpeg and your done.
There's usually a fee for tech help....only joking!!! Let me know if you need any further help.
