It's an old wive's tale that a man who's good at shaking his bootie on the dancefloor is soneone who's going to give a lady a good time between the sheets... bearing in mind how crap most men are at dancing, is that true??
Well the only way i've really ever got women is through dancing, i go out there and do my thing ;) and to be honest it gives you the stamina, flexibility and pleanty of moves that you can really use during love making.
in my own experiance, i've not left a woman wanting, and i put it all down to dancing smile When it comes down to the opposit sex, i find the same thing important, i won't go very far with a girl that can't dance because it leaves me rather dissapointed in their abilities.
Dancers all the way biggrin
Good movement and flexibility are important in both dancing and love making so I would say the two go hand in hand.
Following on from what sexylondonguy posted. Dancing is certainly something that attracts me to someone in a nightclub, I cannot stand people who are on the dancefloor standing like lemons with a drink in their hand.
Get funky, get loose and get close! wink
<gone>
Oh dear im in trouble if its true

You just need to think 'freedom' when it comes to dancing. Screw all these rubbish dances to so called popular music. Just let the music move you. Sounds a bit flower power and weird I know, but everyone can dance.

Dont worry mate - I am a crap dancer but allegedly a half decent shag!
I think red boots / stilettos / shoes on men look good, and some of them are able to dance in them as well!!!!!
Some even manage to walk a straight line when drunk in them as well!
But to say if that makes a good shag, would be telling! lol and I'm tooooooooo much of a lady for telling tales
were awful dancers but shag good enough we think!!! apart from the end of the night after too many drinks when we suddenly think we dance like justin timbelake and j lo redface surprisedops:
sam n lucy
Disclaimer: just because your dancing is awful does not mean you are not a great shag.
Just to clear that up boink
I love dancing...
Salsa anyone?
My other half is an International Dance Terrorist. If we go to party's I take a staple gun to fasten his feet to the floor just to save other people from having to witness his pathetic attempts.
Between the sheets though...................OH BOY biggrin

Sounds very, very familiar....!
Well I cant dance for toffee but have never had any complaints when it comes to pleasing a woman so I guess the connection kinda falls flat on its face there..... dunno
dancing uses up to much energy that could be used for more pleasurable activities later.
thats my excuse,,, and Im sticking to it!
boink
My boyfriend is a rubbish dancer but good grief, hes a great lover, fantastic in bed and could blow your socks off with staying power.
My ex was fab on the dancefloor, put him between the sheets and it was like shagging a goldfish... talk about three second memory!
I'll take good in the sack over dance moves anyday.
I'm prob crap at both - but get a few drinks inside me and I'm an all singing & dancing, shagging machine.
can men actually dance?
my other halfs crap at it, dances like a 2 legged elephant and they both left....oh yeah see ya point lol
I love to dance and have been told that I have great movement.. FYI.....
i like to dance but have been told on numerous occasions i look like someone has wired me to the mains - and as for bedroom technique - suppose its a bit arrogant to rate yourself but like to think im ok
agree with the post its more about the confidence to dance...and does the same work for women - ie if they're "round the handbag" dancers, does that mena THEY'LL be shite in bed?

Did I make you laugh? Well done DP...... biggrin
i like to think so. but i might be deluded in both cases redface
I lurve to shake my booty on the dance floor and have been told i'm good between the sheets as well....but someone else may think otherwise....how long is a piece of string!
I like to try, try, try until i get either the dancing or the shaggin right... lol
Jizz wink
Having thought about this, my last partner is a fabulous dancer and a fabulous lover so maybe there is some truth in this..........he certainly had rythm in both departments.
wink
I don'tknow about dancing but I have always found people who ride horses very good I think it's to do with the rhythm!!!

I think good dancers are often great shags. However it has nothing to do with altletic ability or stamina, its just that men who are unhinibiteed enough to get up and dance, (whilst theirmates are sat down clutching their pints and pretending to be deeply engrosed in their conversations), are simply far less reseved in bed.
My husband is a great dancer and often the first male up on the floor!!!

Uninhibited on the dancefloor and in bed... hmmm, think you have a point Zana... Get a decent live band (or a DJ who knows what he's doing), and I'll drag any woman around onto the dance floor....
The best male dancer I know is my bro-in-law... and he's gay... hmm, do gay men dance better than straights???
i once won the rock n roll compertition ,but i went to the bar for a packet of crisps
