its a local thing,theres a lot of banter between south yorks footy fans,rotherham r rather patronised by there so called larger nieghbours,....that said,no child of mine would b allowed that scarf,...but then im from sheffield,society today is so laxed and laid back,im suprised we can walk stood up,personally i think we are all paying the price 4 this attitude
