I love Hayseed Dixie but I think they have a bit of a "cool factor" .. I know at least one other couple off here who've listened to them ....
But the best ones ... go onto youtube and and look up the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain. We love these guys.

downloaded loads of david cassidy recently, just wonderful to singing along to in the car on the way home.
