HI all,
I thought i'd better get this out of the way. I'M SORRY, VERY VERY SORRY. I discovered this site about 3 weeks ago & jumped straight in & posted an ad. Even I think it was pathetic (i don't know what made me do it). It wasn't till I'd read some ads & seen all the posts in the cafe that I realised just what a usless & unworthy individual I am. All I can do is say how grateful I am that you all didn't jump on me for my faux pa, & to assure you I will try harder in the future to uphold the standards of this site. So, will you forgive me? I'm off to my room now to think about what I have done, & after a bit of self-flagellation I will emerge a humbler & more understanding person.

I read this post this morning and to me it read "Up yours you self righteous bastards, I'm outta here". I'm gonna have to stop reading between the lines.

I think just about everyone has suffered from CPS (Crap Post Syndrome) at some point - a few days of giving yourself the time to cringe, feel stupid and lick your wounds will have you bouncing back, with 'think before you submit' firmly implanted in your head
Beware tho, it is not like chicken pox or mumps etc - relapses can and often do happen.
The main symptom that someone is suffering from this disease is the little footnote at the bottom of their post, declaring it has been edited 432292 times in total, over a period of 4 days

Welcome prags, and as others have said - you'll get used to it in here. None of us is particularly proud of our first post when we look back on it.
