HARD TO GET GOING

Im a very new newbie, been looking at this site for a long time before having the bottle to join.
As a single male it feels like being at the bottom of the ladder with no knowledge of how to get started. Is there anyone out there who has been in my shoes and made it into the world of swinging. If so i would love to know your story. Thanks johnno.

If you've been looking at the site a long time, I expect you've seen the advice section on the menu to the left <---. If not, I suggest you start there. There is good advice there specifically for single guys.
You will also have noticed that whoever someone is, if they relax and join in with the banter here in the cafe, and don't act desperate, they will gradually get to know people here.

well that helps me alot, not, newbies not allowed at the munch. what are newbies allowed to do, i like the chatting and posting but im best at drinking.

You're allowed to chat and post, arrange private meets and get known. You wouldn't be invited to a munch soon because nobody knows you, or anything much about you. Except that you're looking for stories and want to go to a munch where lots of swingers will be in attendance.

I can see how that may look to people that have been in the scene for a while. I will take the advice of people in the know and just keep to posting in the cafe. If nothing else it will improve my spelling.

This is NOT an immediate "lets have a shag" site.
You need to get known, prove that you are genuine and want to be part of the site and then you will be invited to the local Munch.
Keep posting, join in, and if if need be look for a mentor to help out.
