that is so true about the timewaster thing ...l was shocked at the torrent of anger i was dealt the other day when i didnt agree to meet someone asap - having only had a few one liners from them before that... im so glad its not just me then, I was really taken aback by it ..
but like someone so rightly said, they are really thick to be pissing off a genuine person who actually would play with them, given a bit more of a chance.

I've never had a problem in this area because the meets I've had are mostly with people I've already met socially so they obviously no who I am and what I look like.
However when the site was first took over and we suffered the 1 liner pm plague, 1 of the most common pms I got was
"Hi hornylittleblonde. Is that really your arse?"
I ignored most of them, but I think to a couple when I was really pissed off I answered
"No it's my boyfriends"

We have had some people question who we are yes, one guy asked wether i really was a man after seeing a pic of me naked (dont know where he got that idea) and another asked if rach was real at all as he said no woman sane or otherwise would be attracted to me (again after seeing aforementioned naked pic) rolleyes

Think i may have to syop sending that one out!! wink

hun, it was all the make up you were wearing to hide it all that made me question.....
anyway, I learnt my lesson not to pretend after my inflatable 'den doll' burst live on camera so everyone knew he wasn't a real person.....

Not via pm but I've had some rather abusive responses when I've said no, quite politely, in chat. Obviously I must be a guy then, if I don't want to meet, and of course I'm too old anyway, they wouldn't waste thier time and I'm bound to be desperate, otherwise why would I be there. My skin is getting thicker.

To be honest I can understand people being a little cautious but......
i dont cam because it's not my thing, also i like to get to know people in rroms first before i give out personal details.

Yep
for various reason there are times when we can not come on cam, or talk freely on the phone. Now most people understand the situation and are happy to wait for a convenient time and all is well.
we have however had a couple of occasions where the person has said " oh don't bother, your a bloke" :shock:
with that attitude I don't think we would have got passed the first meet lol

Bes t way of verifying is to use telephone. A mobile number is useful. Phone after initial chat - on MSN or adult site.
(Why can I not type in conversation in rooms etc..?) Is it my PC (works every other site!). No "box" or place for dialogue yet I see other typing conversatrion i happily!

Well Maz.....
It can and does happen.... I have been accused of being a single bloke by a couple which in itself is fine.... It happens they could either be mistaken or as I do tend to post more alone than as a couple I accept the odd hint of doubt. If however the same folk, without any hint of proof start spreading rumours to anyone who will listen lol.. it does tend to get a bit annoying! Now though Its a case of who gives a fluck, we do meet nice people, we did before we came into chat and the forums and we still do!! wink

One thing you can be sure of though Maz..... if you do seem popular somehow someone will take the hump (jealousy!!) and then do there best to make you out to be something or other.. makes them feel better, it must do lol...

Stand by... here comes an essay
Short answer if yes if anyone wants to skip the details.
A couple of years ago I had a fb who was a swinger and he asked if I'd swing with him on occassion. I agreed and he placed a pic of me on his advert on another site. A few months later we went our separate ways and my picture was duly removed from his advert. About 6 months later he emailed me to ask whether I was swinging again. After a couple of hours of email tennis I found out that a couple from the other site were using that picture of me in their advert. I signed up as a single female on that site, saw that the couple in question were in the chatroom so off I went all guns blazing to go and confront them about it.
Needless to say I got slated for being a single guy even when I posted the full uncropped version of the picture on my advert. The questionable couple swiftly left the chatroom and took my pic off their profile but I was still being told I was a fake and a guy, so me being the stubborn pigheaded bitch I can sometimes be, offered to phone anyone in the room who thought I was a single guy arsing about. I ended up calling two people, one of whom said I couldn't be living in yorkshire because I don't have a yorkshire accent rolleyes

Anyway I stomped off and went back into the chatroom later on in the evening was taken to one side by one of the chat ops and asked if I would verify myself to them since they'd had several complaints about me being a single male. I duly gave him my msn, showed my face on cam and proved myself legit. I kind of liked the banter in the chatroom once they realised I was the elusive single bi fem, so I stuck around for a bit and gently eased myself into the swinging world.

Yes i been there myself, my way around this issue??
i give them my msn to see me on cam, once they get to know me then they get my mobile number.
but the best way to get known is in the chatrooms,and as im always in northwest room lots of peeps now know me,and i get lots of people that have met me have my consent to say so in the chatrooms so others know im not a mad axeman lol
