just split up from my long term g/f today too. hurts like crazy for me. know what you must be going through. feels like an essential part of me is missing and i don't know i'll ever get it back again. not much help to you, but know that you're not the only one going through it.

decided to head off to Australia for a few months to clear my head - will take a long time to get over this but at least some sun and cold tinnies might take my mind off it
