Just want to say hello again after a long stint away. Been too busy at uni to do anything. Preparing for my exams now and need to destess. Thought I'd go back to all the old message boards again.
Anyone know any good ways to destress?

Good luck in your exams M. Rememebr to drink lots of coffee :shock: , snack loads 69position and exercise hump to keep your brain in tip top order.

Ha, you want talk about snacking?!! I drink about a gallon of tea and coffee a day. Not sure about excersing though. Does running round the woods with toy guns for a whole day, once a week count? LOL
