Hi im Paul and i joined today,ive always been fairly openminded and intresting in the swinging scene but to be honest ive been scared/nervous to do anything about it redface

.I had a look at this site yesterday and it seems so friendly so here i am biggrin

.Where you as nervous as me when you joined the scene or am i being daft?

Hiya Paul,
It is always nerve wracking putting the first post up - I spent about 2 hours composing mine - and I still cringe when I look back at it.
