hello there every one. iv been on this site for a long time now and post myself on the photo ads and never get replys. i search on there and send messages to them but still dont get a reply either. what am i doing wrong? please help. or is it just me? a very lost romfordboy. :confused:

I am a single fem on here and when I first put my add on I got hit with over 400 relies in the first two weeks. There are not enough days in the week to read them all let alone reply!!!! I went back to my add the other eve, just to correct a spelling mistake and got another wave of over 100 within a couple of days. So if its someome you really, really like, try again later. Also make sure that you have read the add and that you reply to that add, dont just do a cut and paste job. I, personaly, very rarely reply to an email without a face photo, but thats just me. Also dont assume that the person can see your profile. I havnt farthomed out if I can get back to the persons profile from an e mail unless they put their number on it and then if they do...I usually dont bother to look.
Just keep trying...you will get there.

I'm new so I could be off the mark here but... my impression is that there are so many single men that the numbers are stacked against you. A woman will place an ad and be swamped with replies within days. I don't know why a woman would even reply to a single man's ads when she can place her own. And if you reply to hers, you're one of many many many. I guess a good profile / mail and following PP's advice of persisting away is all you can do...
we post as a couple and get very few replies. Have had a couple of replies in the last month but one was only interested if we were available that night (we weren't and anyway we had stated in the ad that we wanted to chat or meet up first without any guarantees to make sure we were on same wavelength). The second reply was a one liner asking if I (the fem) was bi, when I replied yes, no further replies.
But so what. I'm sure we will meet people from our ad if we are patient. Anyway the craic and the feeling of being a part of a community thatt you get in cafe is just as important as the contact side of this site.

AND - you might find, over time; you'll have far more and much betterer contact via the 'community' than you do thro the photo ads.

It's been mentioned many times before, but to reiterate briefly, the vast majority of ads are placed by single guys, which means the people you want to make contact with are spoilt for choice. I would advise reading all the other MLFW ads and see if you can find a way to make yours stand out from the crowd.

On the subject of replies I try for both couples and single girls and only get replies now and again. I must say what anoys me is when a girl mails you and asks for your face pic and then doesnt reply even to say thanks but no thanks. She had the time to ask in the first place its not as if I am a butt ugly either.
For some reason I get ad replies from a fair few single men dont mind but need to be in a mixed group to enjoy....
