help!!!!

ive just been "given" a webcam its a creative model 1030 all i have is the cam itself,do i need some more software or a disc?? someone said i could download the stuff i needed?? anyone know??

If you do need drivers you can download them from creatives site. What operating system are you using?

im on windows xp i went to creative site and cant fathom it out lol
it is plugged into the back of the pc like the modem so i assume its usb

USB, small flat rectangle plug.. not serial larger plug with pins and trapezeod type shape...
Did XP go found new device when you plugged it in?

Why don't you just ask the person who gave you the cam for the disk they would have got with it. Much easier than trying to work it out yourself cool

Try typing just the model number in Googles search bar, see if someone like has one for XP.

i never think that far ahead bluexxx lol it all looks dead easy plug it in etc then it dont work
