Yep

Make sure the new one is no more than 102X102 pixels and under 20K, also delete the old one first.

You can resize your pics using JQL's resizing program

find any pic you like, jpegs are best, then click the link below to download JQL's avatar sizer. shrinks it to just the right size very easily. god bless JQL! ;)

the download buttons at the bottom of the page.
once you've shrunk the pic, go to proflile. avatars at the bottom of the page, browse for the piccie you've shrunk with choose, then just submit it.
