can any one help me i have tryed up loading a pic onto my profile but it just aint happening can anybody help

You need to have the pic hosted on the internet, hun.
Use photobucket or similar.

go to any free avatar site an just check that the file size and pic size meet the requirements of your profile x

Do you mean an avatar pic, or the pics in the ads?

An avatar pic is the one by the side of your posts on the forum.... the ads are a different section of the site. Whichever you mean, you need a small pic - resize one if necessary using JQL's program. You can load one from your machine or from a website. It's easy just follow the instructions on whichever part of the site you are trying to use.
