If you and Sassy both think out at the world as a whole, and all the injustice that is so prevelent in it at the moment. I'm sure that you will both appreciate and re-evaluate your feelings and realise just how many friends, okay maybe mainly virtual on this site, that you have routin' for you both and, Like me thinking, I wish I could do something, no matter how small so that they both value themselves and see a glimmer that makes them feel more cheerful tonight and go to sleep looking forward to tomorrow and the pleasures that it will bring for you both. Go on, give it a try, for me

I went for a run with a mate today, up in the forest of dean, so I chucked my gear in my bag, grabbed my trainers and left.....only to realise when I arrived and was changing that I had grabbed one shoe from two different pairs (and not even that similar pairs....
), thus I had to run looking like a complete muppet. Plus, one trainer was lower than the other, so it gave me bit of a weird limp.
Add in my gasping, sweating 'running face' and you have a real "Hello ladies" moment.
Well, made me chuckle anyway.

And tonight I'm feeling even worse....one of those days where everything seems to get worse, even when you try and do/say the right things to make it better!
Maybe i'm turning into a manic depressive........could do with a bit more mania though.
Blueandpink......I missed out. Again.
Now I'm REALLy sad.....Chas would've loved me having fun without him as long as I told him about it later........he doesn't like me much today though (that's why I'm extra sad).
Next time phone me....!!!
