Help me load my photo ads

sad Im havin a right nightmare loading my photos on my set my camera at its lowest setting for pictures ,converted the pictures to jpeg but dont know how to reduce photo down to 50 mb or whatever it should be,Please to sound like a complete computer nerd but im not really.

You can get a trial version of Paintshop Pro that's pretty easy to drive from the link in there.
