Can someone please tell me if you have to upgrade and pay money to reply to any messages sent to you by people who have checked out your advert??
We're new to this and not sure how it works with the messages etc.

All the regulars from before the recent change of ownership were given 'premium membership' for free, which is nice fo us, but it does mean that none of the regulars have been through the payment process, or experienced unpaid status!
