then it is a chatroom glitch, try again later or early morning when the chatroom is not so busy.
Double check the setting in the chatroom where it says allow SH access to your cams.
If you still have it so it asks evry time you start chat change go into settings by right clicking chat window and selecting settings. In the cam tab checkmark the box where it says allow SH access to your cams.
Then this will allways remember to use your cam.
