Newbie - got lots of work - even coming to office on Sunday to work - been in since 10 and all that been done is wondering through SH site - I think this site should have a governement wealth warning!! Haven't even tried yet to contact anyone - can only get worse - any help in breaking this addiction?

Short sharp cold turkey treatment - won't work I'm afraid - just need my daily SH shot otherwise I'll be walking the streets lookign lost - perhaps a rewward based system would be better - I compete some of the exciting(!) cashflow forecast .. and get rewarded- all the namby pamby social types tell me tis si the best approach

I am running a support group - SH Forum Anonymous - for those us us who have become addicted - trying to ease off myself - it can take over your life - I am currently inviting women living in the North West to engage in some hands on therapeutic sessions. This will provide meaningful distractions and satisfying expereinces for those who have tended to become virtual swingers instead of real ones.....

Naughty Naughty Blokie the ONLY good use for Coca Cola is to clean Limescale off the LOO - a cuppa perked coffee should do the trick more effectively :wink:
Actually Steph ... I once worked with someone who split coke into a bank encoding machine (it puts the little numbers along the bottom of a cheque). It cost thousands to repair.. evil stuff that it is.. except the vanilla flavoured stuff that is good with vodka or bacardi
