hi we are west mids cpl fed up with timewasters....y do people always ask for pic?
u could send any do u no any pics are real?
we r always happy to chat on fone and tell people this but all we get is "we will not chat till pic ur not genuine"
trust? ot timewasters?

I know what you are saying there.
I am soon going to a meet and haven't seen a picture or spoken to her, but we get on really well on here sending pms to each other and I'm sure we are going to have a brilliant night.
I don't know why people get so hung up about it nor why people are timewasters, I always turn up :!:

Easy one this - timewasters.
Webcam and/or phone conversation is the only sure way of knowing the other person exists.
Lets face it - i could post a picture of Brad Pitt on this very post and claim it was me - how could you prove it wasn't!?
Anybody, and i mean anybody, who wont chat on the phone before a pic is a timewaster - unless they have expressly said in an advert that a face-pic is needed before you even chat. In that case they are probably looking to check that somebody is of a certain "calibre" before going on to chat further.

I don't get this problem. I think it's down to the fact that I'm usually all over the cafe like a rash so people feel they know me even if they don't.
I usually seek to reassure anyone who sounds sensible by telling them that there are plenty of people here who can verify me if neccessary.
All of which, I think, goes to prove that getting yourself known through the forum, in the first instance,is the best thing you could do if you want to get the most out of the site and what it and it's members have to offer.

you might think i'm mad here but....
My self i like to know what the other person looks like before i would give out my phone number, the reason being....they might sound wonderful on the phone but just might not be someone you could swing/have sex with confused

and then someone you don't fancy at all could be say there with your phone number sad

The order i do it in is this.....
Picture ( just a face pic thats all and just 1 needed )
webcam ( to make sure there genuine )
phone.......
I'm no way a picture collector, just like to put a face to who i am talking to....is that so wrong?
I know the picture might not really be them but you will be able to tell that from seeing there webcam or the meet, at least then you would have a good excuse to tell them to sod off because they ain't who they said they was lol

Theres a shedload of genuine people on here though - and a shedload of idiots. If you get involved in the forums you'll be able to root through them all in no time ;)
