Warming the Bed
Another really easy way. If you have Outlook 2003, not sure about Outlook Express I don't use it ...
Just right mouse click on the picture you want to resize, click "send to -> mail recipient"
Outlook asks if you want to reduce the size and does all the hard work for you ...
Then I just drag the photo out of outlook to a folder.
Good thing about this is that you can do dozens at a time.
