I'm not sure, that as a confirmed undying romantic sex addict I could offer any worthwhile comment on this thread.
I think we have always realised that some people are more highly sexed than others.
My problem with this 'work' is that it seems to label people as either sexual or asexual - there can be no in between. I have a similar problem with labelling people as heterosexual or homosexual without accepting that some (maybe many) people may lie somewhere in between.
Why do we have to choose? Isn't it possible that the intensity of our sexual feelings and, indeed, our very sexuality may fluctuate many times during our lifetime?
We are too obsessed with labels. Each to their own. Respect each others' limits and boundaries and understand that an individual's feelings and inclinations may change many times during their life.
