hi im new here. my hobbies would have to be basketball, i have always and will always love playing basketball. next to that would have to be volleyball, and then lastly rugby. im not that much into football and always get told off for that, for obvious reasons. and it makes me lose a lot of football loving sexy women too  .
off sports i think it would have to be going to the gym, and sleeping has to be the best. not so crazy about pubs but i love clubs, good ones with good music and dancing all night, male to femal ratio has to be 1:3 :P seeing as you said apart from sex (which would have to be very obvious) i think that sums me up pretty much lol
Amber, you sound very interesting, no offence but not a lot of women can cook these days, too much microwave stuff and eating out!
My hobbies are mostly geek. I love programming, especially visual stuff and creating landscapes and worlds. I like playing computer games, something about going on killing sprees brings out my inner peace  .
I like exercising too, the adrenalin and endorphins are well worth it.

Do you have a flat cap and a whippet as well.... lol   bolt
I'm very lucky hobbies wise, all my hobbies compliment each other.
Walking
Reading
Dogging
I often go out in the afternoon to anyone of dozens of carparks, park up, put on my boots and set off to walk a few miles. Getting back to the car, get my flask and butties out and sit with my feet up and a book until it goes dark, finally moving into dogging mode.
So if you pull onto a dogging location and see a lonely guy with his nose stuck in a book its probably me, so at least come over and say 'ow do'.

Riding this

And riding this

And riding.
cool XX
my main hobby involves being trussed up with some rather complicated knots, and suspended from a good length of rope by someone acting as a bunny. it's best done outdoors in summer obviously, cos it's a bit too nipply at this time of year, and you need all kinds of expensive equipment.
i happen to quite like climbing as well! :P it's how i keep my lithe and athletic physique in perfect shape and tip-top condition! ((( stop laughing at the back! sad )))
neil x x x ;)

I guess I wouldn't be alone on here as a player of roleplaying games, live action roleplaying, wargames, and strange boardgames (try if the weirdest you can think of is Monopoly or something mundane like that). I'm also a recovering first-person shoot-em-up addict, as I've realised that however much I like fragging people for hours on end, my tennis elbow doesn't agree with me.
I go sailing with Mrs. DP when I can (approx. once a year at the moment)

Well DP you not alone, although I am currently an X LARP player (Vampire the Masqurade mostly) and Role Play (Slay Industries). I am also an X model pilot, but I have a new kit and radio gear itching to be built, and an x sailor (dingy and larger sail boats)...
Other X hobbies include Scuba diving (3 years), Magician (Professional), Kung Fu, SJA, Mountain biking, scout leader (3 years), and web design...
Nowadays I do Aikido, read, watch DVD's, fly Flight Simulators, just starting to mountain bike, and work as the 4x4 driver in a rescue ambulance at Motor cross. Loads more I want to try, but being the wrong side of 30 I just find there are not enough hours in a day. (although my kids have somthing to do with that, you could say they and my wife are my biggest hobbies smile ) Oh and I also cook biggrin

Same here, although for me it was the endless hours and complete dominance over every other aspect of life. Been 4 years without a frag, maybe we should get a FPS support group going lol
I also like ice hockey when I get to watch it, and skating when I get the chance smile
Gardening.....amongst other things..... wink
Marcus... cool

Well I've done the Roleplay rehab course but once upon a time that was a big thing with me, these days its:
Reading, mainly genre stuff (SF, fantasy, crime, history, slipstream things)
Music, spend (yes spend I know Im old fashioned) way too much on it. All things alternative, any othe Sigur Ros fans in here?
Does beer count as a hobby? Thats beer in a blokey sit down and be sarcy for hours on end way rather than anything too spotterish.
Just got a bike in a vain attempt to get fit, not sure how long it'll last, the hill outside my house is a right bugger.

approach it from the other direction
Ahhh, an ideal oppertunity to talk about my shed - definately my biggest hobby for the last two years. Problem is that it's no longer a hobby as I have just finished building it.
However, the good news is that I can now concentate on my two other hobbies. The biggest one - designing, building and launching rockets - all sorts of rockets.
Secondly, kites - I have this fascination with being dragged along, arms being pulled out of their sockets, ahhhhhh what fun
Spending time with mates - usually involving alcohol of some sorts!
Reading
Travel
Politics
Film
Theatre - Dance and Drama
Music
Reading for pleasure rather then because some nasty lecturer makes me read a book
Shit, I can't believe I'm going to say think but I like to knitt and sew stuff, such as cross stitch or fancy dress stuff for the kids redface
