Holiday destinations

Hi there
We have a 'sticky' for advice on travel, please use it.
Been looking aroung SH and have noticed that the meets, Munches, are arranged and fully booked 6 months in advance. Wow, how do we get involved, planning this long term is tricky I haven't made plans for dinner yet or what i'm doing tomorrow. Does anyone know of any up and coming events that we'd be able to attend and meet you.
We'd be sure not to disappoint!

For munches and meetings have a look in the lets meet up section of the forum.
The stickys are the munches, read the thread and if you meet the criteria of the arranger ask for an invite in that thread, and some one will be back to you one way or the other.

The main criteria for going to any event is to pass the 'instructions' test - the first stage of which is getting into the chatroom unadded. If you manage this you are well on your way to getting invited to all sorts of wonderful events wink

I don't know about unadded but i am certainly non-plus'd. I think i understand about nicks, it's the forward slash, back slash thing. Reminds me of that OJ joke a few years ago.
