Nope! dunno
But that's why I got married! :giggle: bolt
No.
I do worry about leaving something festering in the fridge but that's about it.
Never really understood the holiday stress thing, give me an hours notice and Ill be ready to walk out of the house for two weeks.
Another thing that always confuses me is people who instist on unpacking everything into hangers in wardrobes, arranging their smalls neatly in drawers and unloading washbags onto bathroom shelves before going out to have a look around
can normally produce anything any1 needs out of my hand luggage....
just gets annoying when just us 2 r travelling n they make me empty my kitchen sink bag...
but they`ve never confiscated my 1st aid kit scissors yet.. even at height of 9/11

Does anyone else scrub the house as if the Queen is coming to visit, panic about what clothes to take even though you will be with strangers all the time so it shouldn't matter and generally get so wound up and tired that you can't sleep the night before you leave ?

nope that's what our kids do on the night before we come home from holiday lol
Minx does. She also does it the night before club meets n soiclas and the worst is house meets.
Have a lovely holiday bab. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I just hate that feeling as you closing door....and your thinking what have I forgotten. For the next 15 mins in your head you checking passport, keys, money, camera, etc etc....
But have never been away when I haven't at least forgotten one item, even if its small, like last time it was my toothbrush !! Thankfully easy enough to buy a new one !!
I do, the house has to be clean and tidy and fresh bedlinen on. I like to come back to a clean house and fresh bed. Also I have people comming in to look after the chickens so they see the house.

i used to clean the house from top to toe but dont bother now, just clean the bathroom, the kids dont come on holiday with us so the house will be "lived in" while we are away anyway smile
im not to bothered about clothes anyway, just aslong as i have enough to choose from and they are the right ones for the weather :)
i do get wound up about leaving the kids thou especially when going abroad but thats part of being a single mum :)
have a lovely holiday :)
we have a holiday coming up soon and im soooooooooooo looking forward to it but then il get to worrying about leaving the kids behind sad
