Homemade Sausage rolls & Mince pies mmmmmmmmmmmm

Sit sat here and am remembering when I was little this time of year the kitchen was always full of homemade sausage rolls/mince pie taste far better hot washed down with a mug hot tea. Any cooks about?

I love cooking
I do it every day for me and the boys. I think Im quite inventive and can usually rustle up a good meal from anything I have in the fridge
this week ive done
Beef Wellington
Hunters Chicken
Pasta and home made meatballs
Coq au Vin
alll freshly cooked and prepared
To be honest its a bit of a hobby but one thing I cant do sadly is bake

Well - the smell here is just amazing at the moment. Oven is cranked up and am making - pizzas, quiches, sausage rolls, plaited cheese and red onion loaves and some scones.
Not keen on mince pies - so will be making Cranberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake later. lol

Not usually much of a baker but enjoying getting covered in flour today. And ooooohh - take me to the smell thread!!!!
