can anyone please tell me how to remove from our homepage how to remove what our friends are upto .....what i mean is .....i really do not want to no who has become friends with who ....i really couldn't care less ....it's off no concern to us ....there must be some way off getting rid off it ....but i'll be buggered if i can find it ....and i've clicked everything trying to get rid off it...

We cant work it out either :-( drives you nuts innit. Not sure whether you can to be honest.

You can turn it off... hang on I'll find it...
Go to "My Account" and then untick the boxes
Display Site Location:
(shows other users where you are on the site)
Display My Friends:
(shows your list of friends on your profile)
Enable News Feed:
(keeps your friends updated via a news feed)
Display Quickies:
(choose to display your quickie messages on your profile)
Job Done! :mrgreen:

Or be like me, and dont have any friends!! lol

the only way i could stop it was by deleting all my friends !
id rather have kept them and done it another way but didnt know how to !

I put my friends in Favourites, then you do not have to see the Friends Feed on your own profile page.

Yeah but the bit I didn't like was that everyone could see who you're friends with. confused

My mates are my business... I don't know why anyone else would need to see that.

Totally agree, thats why we now have complete privacy settings in place!!! smile

Well you see, since the purchase of said pair of shoes was entirely the fault of Dawnie, I'm not sure it would be fair to expect her to dish out the punishment! :mrgreen:

thanks all for the replies ....seems the only way to get rid of it is to delete my friends list ....no hardship really...as the people we have as friends are in our favourites list anway ....once again thank you.

Never had that problem as I have never had any friends!!
