Don't want any of it thanks - hate porridge! Yucky stuff and if my Scots mother caught me eating it with anything other than salt on it, she'd freak :shock: rolleyes

Blimey...i came back and expected no more postings and i got a big shock LOL.
I have been to this hospital before but many years ago, for exactly the same problem.
(To those who dont know...Hypermobility and loose ligaments) dislocating shoulders and a few other dodgy bits. My Doc advised putting bolts in to stop the prob but they want to do intense physio first.
It is painful but not as much as it sounds as i was born with this so over the years you kinda get used to it and ur pain threshhold gets bigger.
So no swinging from the chandleiers just yet for me...but soon i hope lol

My bugbears at the hospital we're currently overintimate with
out of 9 lifts only 3 have worked for a number of weeks .. the only lift in the car park is the worst mad

they discharge my stepdaughter at 12 and at we're still waiting for her medicines to be sent up to the ward :x
the wards themselves are relatively quiet but the staff are so bloody noisy .. especially the night staff ... FFS it's a childrens ward shush up!!!!! :x
Pretty much everything else is good - can't say I'm impressed necessarily with the standard of cleanliness in general thoroughfare's but the ward's appear good. The staff are awesome!!!! in such a difficult job they are always bright, cheerful and encouraging.

I sympathise Tigger. One of my little nephew's has got Hyper Mobile Joints, but he's such a little trooper. He often gets home from school and tells his mum (my sis) that "one of my hips popped out again today, but I just rolled it back in place again" and off he goes to watch tv :shock:
Hope everything goes well for you and that the physio instructors are not too much of a bully as they often are - sadistic lot lol

Cor...me and ur nephew have got to meet up lol. We can synchronize hip clicking together lol

My hip cluck clicks every trip. My daughter has it too but thankfully not as bad at the min smile
