Just in case of what?
If you're worried about how things may 'look'... then I really wouldn't bother.
If youre more concerned about what might happen if things didnt go so well... well, hopefully you'll all be adult enough to work out sleeping arangements.
Or maybe meet in an hotel that is near to at least one of the group who is meeting-up.
They can then simply bugger off home... leaving you with the free soap...nice
