Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good hotel for discreet meets. One where a guy can arrive separately without having to get hassle off the reception or have to get through some security door with a key.
Just trying to avoid a situation where I have to go down and let the guy in.
Thanks,
Ness xx
Ness - I don't have a clue sorry. Hopefully another member will be able to help you smile

Thanks for the welcome Anais wink

Not sure. I stayed at the Liverpool Street one once and I'm pretty sure it had some security door from the foyer/reception part into the main part of the hotel.
But maybe it's just that one. confused

I've heard it's being fenced off as some sort of exclusion zone ready for the fall of the Sovereignty....or have I been reading too much Sue Townsend again blink

i've used the battersea travelodge and there was no problems with comings and goings. it may have changed since then though.
could you not just tell reception that you are expecting a visit from a friend? i doubt that they really care.

Yep - I have often done that. Say you'll need a second key card, but the person is arriving a bit later. Then text or call the guy with the room number and he just asks at recption for the second key card.
Have fun!

The President,Russell saturday and Sunday no single occupancy each(usually double)same problem. biggrin
Marlin apartments are very good, they are serviced apartments so its like having your own flat in London We have used them in the past and they have been a very pleasurable experience ;)
