How do I attach a pic into my message ????

Someone help me please ......
I've been trying to attach a pic into my message but can't seem to do it ....
I've tried the 'Img' button ..... but not with much success ......

Thanks for that .....
I've managed to do it now smile

...... but it was attaching a pic into the chat forum messages rather than replying to an ad that I was having trouble with ...... didn't find a drop down box to select my pics ...... so had to select each pic through 'my photos' page then click save as to find the pic filename allocated by SH ..... then copy that number into the body of the text .....
Anyway it seems to work but does appear to be long winded evil

..... unless i'm completely missing the point ......
