Classic Lemon and sugar for me .
I am pretty good at cooking them , secrets the pan temperature. wink

Have experimented over the years with various different fillings,but still always come back to my old faithfull of freshley squeeezed orange juice and sugar biggrin

ah mine makes great pancakes (dek eats loads of fried eggs so a non stick frying pan priceless)i even have an old faithful (handleless) one for special occasions lol

No disasters here cos i didnt make any!
But, I love lemon jiuce and suger......salt an vinegar (yep we were poor when I was a kid) and pancakes with banana's or pineaplple in, yummy!!!
