There is no standard measurement to being a 'good fuck'.
It takes two or more people to create a good fuck (otherwise you're just a good wanker!).
We're all different, and how we interact and respond with each other changes from sexual partner to sexual partner and is altered by time place and mood.
Anyone of us may be 'technically' very proficient at certain activities within our own personal smorgasbord of sexual proclivities - but whether in any encounter they match the needs, wants, desires and performance of the other party (or parties) can only be a matter of personal interpretation and feeling at the time.
So I don't believe anyone can describe themselves as a good fuck.

Everybody has the potential to be good and bad depending on who their fucking, depending if they are in the mood and depending if the chemistry is there.
I can think of times when some might say wow shes the best fuck ive ever had lol well im hoping :lol: then again there was once, just once though when I really wasnt into it and was barely going through the motions and could of been considered the worst in the world :shock: but I still got a mail the next day asking to meet again :shock: :giggle: not that the other person was a bad fuck, they just wasnt my type of fuck, if you know what I mean dunno

Chemistry definitely lifts a meet from a great sex to brilliant sex in my mind and thereby reflects how each party decides whether it was great sex or not. Some people just make me feel sexier so I feel I 'perform' better. I've gone through the motions at times too as the person did little for me sexually and sensually, so I wasn't as sensual as I usually am.
