A night out for only 50P?How do you do it?? - that can barely get you a can of coke 'round my way!
Depends on the circumstances. I recently spent over a grand on a night out in York. That was the bribe for someone to work my shift, the grossly marked up theatre tickets from ticketmaster, the clothes, the train fares, the hotel, the restaurant.
I have a budget of for the Notts Munch. biggrin
(Oh no, another thread hijacked by the Munch. Lock the thread, lock the thread!! rotflmao )

A GRAND!!!!
Jeeez, Satin and me were moaning about prices when we spent £20 each at the Village last week! See, we're used to nights out that cost very little........... dogging is free, you just need a couple of quid's worth of petrol cool 8-) 8-) 8-) .

Don't get me wrong blue, I don't make a habit of it. That was a very special occasion with a very special friend. For SH members I spend four quid, tops! wink

Seriously though, the price of a night out in my neck of the woods, and any other neck of the woods I imagine, is anywhere from zero to bankruptcy. I don't really have an average spend, it's just whatever it happens to be for whatever I happen to be doing at the time. If I've got it, I spend it - if I'm skint, I eat chips till pay day.
Depends where I'm going and who I'm with.............
Was out in Newcastle on Thursday with a mate - spent a tenner each - 2 curries and 2 bottles of wine
Thank god for Wetherspoons wink
I used to spend £1000 a month on going out
£100 a night on my 8 days off a month
the other £50 each week on going out probably 2-3 nights out and the remainder in the house.
Why? Depression and loneliness probably!!
Now i have a lovely partner i am happy to go home rather than squander my life, drinking just to avoid going home alone!
20 quid a week for going out... luckily one pub here does quite nice bitter for a pint biggrin
But that 20 also includes a kebab, luckily I did some photo work for the kebab shop, so I pay for the chips and get the kebab free :D
Also includes the local night club, luckily I did some work for the manager so I don't have to pay to get in :D
I tell you what, you can get used to living on a blody low income... but it helps to help others smile
Damn can't you tell I have some yorkshire and scotish heritage :D (My the essex heritage just gave me the accent, lol)
a good night out is still feasable in rural warwickshire on a budget of 3 shillings and sixpence
thats three pints of tizer some really dodgy chips andfare for the bus
however such extravagance can only be done a couple of times a year wink
... does that include a £60 speeding fine from the Notts cops and then £30 parking ticket.. even before i bought any drinks , or fags... (or are these incidentals?)
I spent £20 last week going around liverpool on a pub crawl, but the cheapest nights out for us is wetherspoons we get a pitcher of vodka and red bull, with 2 double rums and coke for £ it lasted most of the night too !!!

As much as it costs to enjoy myself. I dont enjoy cheap food, wine , beer or crowded places so im happy to pay for something that is more my thing!
It depends where I go but anywhere from £60- £180
