We changed ours Rodrightupper by using the link & giving our CC details to pay but the damn system would'nt work so we ended up finding the number on site & ringing & a very nice man changed it for us :thumbup: the only thing is if you try to change your name & status & it says sorry & something about your CC when you press enter it reserves the name for 3 days or so & even the guy on the phone cant access it

The photo upload is a problem that every user is having at the moment and should be kicking off a PH002 error code.
