How to include images inside a post

Hi & welcome to the site :welcome:
To post an image you need to do a number of things some of which are a little technical:
Select the image
If the image is not already on the Internet, upload it to your web space on the Internet ( etc give away free space)
Link your image to your post using the tags (see BBCode)
Preview your post to make sure it looks right
Submit your post

Sorry to be so formal, but I dont really know you....
If JQL cant help, Im running an from a 512Mb ADSL line and Wireless Router, connected to 3 PCs and 2 PDAs.

I wish hadnt have started it either.
But I always remember what my mother taught me, its not the size or speed of your equipment that matters, its how you use it and how reliable it is (or something like that).
