This, of course, can be cleaned with any house hold detergent without fear of it hurting or becoming infected. You will lose all sensitivity and can even take a whack on the end of your penis without doubling over in agony.

I don't see it as a problem myself. Yes, I'm very sensitive after an orgasm... and I like to be with someone who can take advantage of that. Aftershocks I call them, and there are many interesting ways to produce them.
