Your bra sounds brilliant Bernie.
Good luck
Good luck hope the weather holds off for you, I'm sure you have a lot of fun.
so we need to know.. how are you, and how are the windmills?
I hope this doesn't involve our beloved FemBernie... but word is on the local London News News Underground Network... (gossip grapevine) that the weather got a tad blowie at around 3:30 am... and one woman, reportedly with an aerodynamic element to her costume was caught in a freak gust on rounding a corner at Green Park I seem to remember.
The poor woman... no name given... was lifted from the floor and dragged/lifted quite dramatically as the strong breeze, combined with the *lift* provided by the costume conspired to raise the happless fundraiser from the course, and unceremonially snag her on one of the chimnies of a well known Pall Mall Hotel... a horrifying trip... though rather enternaining, you'll have to admit!
the accompanying light display was reported as awe-inspiring.
Lets hope above hopes that FemBernie is ok.....
and indeed that the fundraiser, whomever she may have been, was not disqualified from her charitable efforts

Hi all
I did my Moonwalk in 8 hours 57 minutes!!!! How anyone runs 26 miles is beyond me - I found it tough walking round and at one point thought it would never end. It was also very odd beginning this at midnight. Support from late night party-goers etc was just fantastic - plus loads of cars were tooting us along the way. As anyone from London will know - the roads are always busy with taffic - even at 3am. Lots of people who are not from London - and not aware of this - couldnt believe that they had to stick to the pavements cos the roads were so busy.
My WIndmill Bra worked very well - but didnt get me there any quicker!!! There were some other great bras and groups of women in matching costumes etc. It was just brilliant.
The Moonwalk was 10 years old yesterday - and the first one had just over 60 people taking part. Last night there were 16,000 people registered to take part. I think that is just fantastic!!! And they raise millions for breast cancer care and research.
Londonplaything - that story above doesnt sound very good!!!
Thanks for all the good wishes from everyonexxxxxx
