Like the Fish says. It's immoral.
Good luck in your new role!
Great! First hunger, now guilt! And i have not even eaten anything yet. lol Bran flakes are the best but I only eat cereal in the morning. Whats even worse is i have a fridge and cupboards full of food sad Whats this craving thread? I always get cravings when i have been drinking the night before. All my good work with good food and gym, just gets ruined after one night on the pop sad.

Try a cheese or egg and bacon sandwich. Bit of carbs to settle your nerves, protein to satisfy your appetite and no yukky Maccy D to digest. biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin
Good luck tomorrow. biggrin

Good luck with the new job :rose:
Oooo new job - hope you have a great day and congrats smile
I never get a take away late at night no matter how much I fancy summut - most places are too far away and by time I've got there will probably have changed me mind - I'm so fickle! confused confused lol
I can remember many many moons ago, when I first left home, my girl friend and I, often having had a glass of wine or two would order a takeaway fom town and then book a Taxi to deliver it the six miles.
Older and wiser, with family so much poorer, in fact alway too much month left at the end of my money these days. We live in town now and rarely have a takeaway.
I had two sliced of cheddar cheese on toast with thick Wiltshire hame and tomato puree under cheese. Still not the healthiest but it did the job, Coincidentally I had nightmares, but Im not convinced with the whole cheese equals nightmares!! Great day at work though.. I couldn't have shined any brighter ;) Now I must prepare spaghetti Bolognese for my tea!!
