I can't view pictures

Anyone having problems viewing pictures?.When i click on a pic it just moves to a blank screen and arrows to move to the next anyone please help?.Thanks

can you not see no pic at all or is it just when you try and enlarge it?
i had problems with pics but turned out i needed to change some settings on my fire wall but i couldn't see any pics at all, could be that dunno
