I can sympathise with you CA.... I too put on a lot of weight when I gave up smoking. I stressed for ages about it but my hub said at least your gonna be healthier for it. It'll come off eventually, mine is starting to slowly except the lure of the Jack Daniels and Wine makes it even slower....! rolleyes

Ah thank you so much for the support. I feel soooo self conscious at the moment but am going to make a massive effort to get back to the gym - and more importantly KEEP going lol

As you say, I will be far healthier in the long run!

Orange flavour crystals work best I've found - but then I dont put any water in mine, so needs something that disolves in next to nothing lol

Lime & Lemon for the Yorks Munch me thinks, unless those who are pre-booking a portion have any special requests :twisted:
