If you didn’t keep me here constantly glued to my chair then I wouldn’t be in this predicament so I reckon it’s up to you lot to help me sort it out. Over the last 18 months I must have put on over two stone and I want to take it off again (and more). Your help with dietary suggestions is needed
It’s no good suggesting I go for a two mile jog every day cos I know I won’t do it and I have no intention of losing any limbs or appendages so those suggestions are out as well.
What has worked for you? Who wants to join me in weightloss campaign? How much can we lose before the Notts munch?

well ofcause rigourous sexual activity helps to burn the calories...but if you ain't that lucky..bit like me....then I now read all labels on food really close. Average consumption of fat for a guy in a day is 90grams......if you try and limit yourself to about 60 which actually ain't that difficult...but does mean no choc...or crisps etc....then you will find you lose weight quite good. don't know if you actually lose two stone before Notts munch...but i certainly lost just over a stone in a year...which I was happy with.
I'd be up for it, not that I'm totally unhappy with my body but I'm sure I hreard the poor horse groan this afternoon when I got on!

I lost a stone on WeightWatchers last year but I don't endorse WW or any other faddy weightloss programme ie: diet. Dieting is really, really bad for you.
It's as easy as this - eat less, do more. Eat less crap and do more exercise. If you really, really want to lose weight then you will.
It's all about willpower and there's no better motive than a bit of healthy competition - so bring it on!
Can we leave it for just a day, though, 'cos I've got 6 Twixes and 4 Snickers in my fridge, not to mention the M&S all-butter shortbread in the cupboard ..... :uhoh:
