That this site is a revolving door !!
You can use it how and when you please !!
Come in and look around, go away for a while etc. etc !!
I very rarely start any threads at all, but I read one thread in particular today and it made me think. blink

I know that this is probably going to cause a stir ( well with some people anyway !! ) but I think that the phrase above is not only very apt today, but some people should read it and sit and think for a while !!
I do not wish to cause any trouble or rock the boat but ...............

Unless you try to get in one with a great dane. I can tell you from personal experience that this can cause the mechanism to jam (this applies in particular to those old wooden doors that you get in listed buildings confused

) I can also tell you that being stuck in a revolving door with a great dane in excess of about 30mins is really quite 'orrible redface

Anyway I don't think the SH door mechanism is stuck. I'm sure Sarge would have noticed on his nightly inspection.
I'm sure the SH door is one of those fancy ones the goes round on its own. The same as the one I got my toe stuck in at the Airport :cry: :cry:
Dan I'm sure you'll be wishing you'd never mentioned revolving doors now. Who knew one person could have so many bad experiences in them confused

Anyway - just to keep the thread on track I quite agree with you. Its great to dip in and out of the site from time to time. If its bugging me - I leave it for a bit - and when I come back I love it again.

Errrmmm. Just what are you saying then? I can use a revolving door to get in or out. Alternatively I could continue to go 'round and 'round, which is what I'm a doing really. I'm Dazed and Confused (Led Zeppelin)

strikes me that the metaphor is usefully employed by describing the futility of going round in circles only to return back a tthe point you were trying to leave whilst also getting tho the place you wanted to go . however you were unable to achieve either die to the method of access that was available to you ........ Or perhaps he likes revolving doors?
